how will this licence evolve in a DOCA or Liquidation Scenario and how would it evolve when a FID is made on CLs commercial scale chem plant?
that licence holds some serious value
LPD also holds asset value in Namibia
Their last balance sheet showed value waay higher than the MC at last trading (why was this inflated and was the inflated value illegal?)
