Anyone watching this company? Block nine looked so promising 2 months ago. I was expecting some sort of corporate announcement in relation to funding for development by now. No doubt the Banks want both arms and both legs for collateral as well as a big piece of the equity, which leaves a heavily discounted cap raise in the worst possible market as the only alternative. Seems the investor that provides the initial cash for these ventures takes all the risk these days and I s expected to be content with break even as the best case scenario. Time for out of the box thinking ! ......How about we do a deal with a future customer for some cheap coal in return for capital and we keep the bankers out of it.
