    WPL's 10% would never had stopped anyone trying to buy HDR. But it was an indication that WPL was protecting Hardman. Now Hardman is on its own and interestingly, the exploration areas outside of Mauritania will determine whether Hardman remains an independent company or becomes a straight West Coast Africa play. Potter had better move fast!
