If one of those people was a financial analyst who was buying based on in depth research and the other individual is someone who needed access quick cash to pay for living expenses. Would you suggest that the market is efficient?

1. The first person knows that the share price is worth more so he buys.
2. The second person knows the share price is worth more but is forced to sell due to living commitments.

How is that a fair market?

A share can remain depressed for many months even years, look at SBM it was 8c, my parents held 1milion shares.. its was worth $3 a year later.. They sold out in the mid teens, but the point was, that the share price was so heavily depressed that people who purchased and sold shares all the way up to $2 were all wrong, the SP was still depressed.
