Just making conversation here but when looking at a resource company how material is the discount rate used in a NPV calculation?
I mean the biggest factor in a project's future cash flow is usually the price the company receives for its end product/s.
Then there is metallurgical recoveries, process rates and mining rates which can all vary month to month in real life.
Sure the NPV needs to be a factor when trying to attribute value to a company but it's it only one facet of the picture?
I remember DRM only reached it full NPV value after successfully meeting guidance for their first quarter of production. Hopefully we don't have to wait that long ... but most likely unless we get some exploration "sizzle".
