Guesstimate of NPV and IRR, page-2

I think its the placement holders, who just want to flip their positions into the next stock. They are generally impatient and ill informed. NPV ... well it depends what scenario your using.

Pattos had a base case of 130M NPV (if I'm reading this correct) using a 8 year mine life, 1mtpa plant.

This increased to almost $200M NPV using a 13yr mine life, 1Mtpa plant. We currently don't have enough material for 13yrs only 10yrs (10Mt @ 1.2g/t Au) using the current indicated resource, so I think the NPV of the DFS will be somewhere in between. Of course it depends on the inputs too, I hope they are conservative and stick with $1,500/oz.
