But yes, you right. On face value there is no change with respect to AMP.
Even if there were significant changes, you wouldn't know about it, because they have no concept of advertising or customer engagement.
If it was a big 4 bank there would be hundreds of cheesy ads with elderly people talking about how AMP has guided them through their financial milestones. How they have changed blah blah... blah.
All we have is the mandatory weekly bad news story about how bad AMP is... remember children, AMP... bad... everyone else... they are okay.
Once again, the big name exec from overseas, instantly more qualified than any Australian, has failed. I would have thought history has shown we are more than capable.
For the life of me, I have no idea why we instantly think any person who is from overseas is infinitely more qualified... is it the small nation syndrome ...
Time to find someone who has experienced over a decade of pain... experienced first hand a once great company being driven into the ground by inept management.
