From a personal viewpoint, I've completely discounted all other assets from my valuation with the exception of Mesquite. The way I see it is that if Rayburn alone is worth multiples of current share price, then everything else that may eventuate over the medium term will simply prove to be a bonus (such as when they eventually manage to get a rig to drill Baniyas - and it happens to be successful!)
