    E'Trade on introduction page "Guidance For Unacceptable Market Practices" shows E'Trades obligations to the ASX
    (not my words) one nice one is "Placing orders that are uncommercial(e.g.small value;brokerage may be higher than trade value) and there are plenty more - do E'Trade have different obligations to DMA dealers ?
