I leans towards the 30MM to 100MM capacity for one reason the video was changed last Sep 11 2015 to state "30MM in 2016 and 100MM+ coming in 2017" right after the strategic review was initiated. Not sure if they meant FY or Calendar. All that it would take to verify that claim is a production expert walking the plant to call BS.
Now that is not production however if the above is true than there is a means to production.
As for the 8-K What constitutes forward looking statements? Is "100MM units annual capacity this year" a forward looking statement or is that offered as fact?
