It doesnt add up.
Lots of investment for years, a review and more investment and SP where it is.
IMO without the RS LT investors cannot get a hold of this company too many shares basically plays into the hands of short traders / manipulators.
A plan will be developed that is now in place we will see this SP recovery. I want to sell when it's $3. I believe that is possible.
