I emailed STS and David Perry responded saying they intend to release an update prior to the mid year results. i would expect it in a week or so, i did not drill him further on why it wastn released mid Jan as per usual. Perhaps given the size of the company now the accounting area is not as quick to finalise it all. he also stated there will be commentary on the acquisition and how it is going thus far.
