Yes, we should probably see another 15-20c before the end of year based on my own calculations - I am banking on next year however, there is much to celebrate for starters the historically low interest rares coupled by strong demand for housing in domestic real estate markets, its created a perfect storm for SDG to prospectively still recover more than $3 per share notwithstanding any dividends paid so far.
The book value is just undervaluation - clearly the company wont sell his assets in these markets at cost price.
