They meet there production target of between 110K - 120K oz during a tough weather year and keep there costs down to $738 p/oz . They state they on target to produce 120K - 130 K next year , with an estimate of A$1000 p/oz plus margin - moving to 250K p/oz by FY15.
IMO - Guido is your genuine BP (quiet achiever) , he has quietly turned this company into a quality profitable performer , without the 'song and dance' of many other's.
Barring unforeseen circumstances ,the future looks extremely bright for this business .
