    I don't see any market manipulation.
    The European banks such as BMP, HSBC and UBS buy shares on behalf of their retail investors who have a custody account with these banks.
    Retail investors in Europe invest in shares through their accounts that they open with banks.
    The fact is, there is simply no interest in this project from investors on either the ASX or the Nasdaq.
    It would have been interesting to conduct a survey of all institutional investors in Australia to see whether they wanted to invest in this project.
    This should have been done before the merger was approved, it's called market analysis.
    That doesn't seem to have happened because, regardless of this, they wanted to get onto the Nasdaq with all their might, whatever the cost.
    And this market analysis does not seem to have happened in the USA either.
    Retail investors can't buy up the price on the ASX.
