Someone else's HC viewpoint today re a stock with its resources in Guinea which he also holds besides the one in Mali.....
"My major holding is in a company over in Mali. Long way away, with projects and governments totally unrelated. But there was a coup back in June in Mali which saw massive and immediate dumping of shares on that news. In that 'coup' there wasn't a bullet fired (so a little different to this) but the world keeps spinning, and 3-4 months on the share price is literally twice what it was after that coup."
