Clearly, AEX won't be able to pay much up front for the Guinea acquisition. The potential of the proposed Guinea provinces would need to excite the market or DD's drill results will need to be good. With the FP's trading where they are, a massive amount of shares would need to be issued to raise any significant funds. MLX is an excellent story so I doubt management would want to sell any of their holding to fund the acquisition.
