It's one thing for an artist to have great technique. Many do. But David Dyakov has a certain facility not found in most concert classical guitarists; I also loved the way he didn't go for 'safety' in that last movement. He really let go, putting his "balls" on the line in the name of musicality, and it paid off in spades.
Bravo!
He also has great harmonic sensibility; I would have liked to have seen him put a little more thought into shaping those simpler melodic lines - but that will hopefully come with the years (and there'll be plenty of those to look forward to for sure).
[RE: the very ending of the final movement, Walton SHOULD have written something other than the A for contrast, in order to create a sense of finality - it really is unresolved]
