for your strong belief in the company i believe you should convert your heads into options. you get much more leverage and since you are all for this company i think it would be the right move for you. holding heads limits your downside in the event things go pear-shaped - thats it. the only other possible benefit is if they decide to spin off their assets - but ofcourse if u wanted to take a part in this u could also just convert your options anyway.
