I am expecting a "change of directors" notice this week, showing less than 2.5m to go and possibly as little as just 1m to go...if not I will be very surprised.

Taking into account all selling up to 31/05/07, they still had 4.6m heads and 7.6m options in their non-escrow holdings.

Since then, some 4.9m heads and 7.5m options have traded...both numbers more or less equal to their holdings.

Allowing for minimal churn and the odd sale from unrelated parties, we are probably looking at a net reduction in their positions close to 70% of the above numbers, giving us about 3.4m heads 5m options that have been sold.

This leaves 1.5m heads and 2.5m options...or no more than 3-4 days of trading on current averages, or perhaps just one good day.

As I have said however, the market is not likely to wait for the last share to drop before moving in, with a sort of prempting rally expected prior.

I think we are seeing this now.

Interesting the volumes grind to a halt when it looks weak and increase when she rallies...extremely bullish technical confirmation of the underlying fundamental story.
