The announcement regarding mining start is most odd. Just how long does it take after lodement does it take for approval?. Rubber stamp or full assessment? Wording suggests they have already made a unsuitable application? Why is unsuitable ? What further documetation do they need to supply? How long will it take.

Hell I can't work out at what point this becomes cheap enough to have a punt or the management risk? Mushroom factor of 10 with these guys.
