Gulf Fluor

I've had a but of a HC hiatus, so apologies if someone has already covered this,

I'm pretty excited about the Gulf Fluor relationship. To me, they're almost the perfect partner in what we want to achieve.

1) What they do - Produce Hydrogen and Aluminium Fluoride by the bucketload - from their website The Aluminium Fluoride plant is the only plant of its kind in the Middle East region and it is considered one of the largest Aluminium Fluoride in the world and the largest single unit plant.
One of the reagents for this is Sulphuric Acid for which they had to build a dedicated acid plant. This investment in this complex was an eye watering $500M USD https://www.chemicals-technology.com/projects/gulfflour/

2) Location - For bulk ingredients it doesn't get any better - if we build next door as was announced as a possibility then there's a great chance its shipped direct to the factory. I've highlighted the vacant block and the red circle is bulk cargo ships. Portugal through the Mediterranean then Suez Canal or Namibia around the Cape are both decent shipping routes.
We could also just about pump the Sulphuric Acid from the plant directly to the L-Max facility - less costs again.


3) Complimentary Products
L-Max by products have the potential to be used by Gulf Fluor (without knowing the chemistry well)

Apologies for the rambling post, but i think Gulf Fluor has some major synergies and may also be keen to invest in the L-Max Plant. To me it just makes good sense.
