One final, final point, currently Batavia has a charge over the Gullewa property, pending satisfaction of outstanding ATW payment obilgations. Do we know if Batavia has agreed to this transaction and do Mutniy payments to ATW satisfy ATW obligations to Batavia. If Mutniy payments don't, Batavia may enforce its security over the Gullewa property. Batavia consent is key to any transaction concerning Gullewa, as Batavia are owed money and have a charge over the asset...anyone know the answer???
