lol who the f#*! does a rights issue at 80% discount to the last closing price 7.5cents to lol 1.5 cents. This company hasn't got a clue and they appointed m&a partners to assist in the capital raising options.What a joke both parties simply don't have a clue.Massive dilution for shareholders feel sorry for people holding this dog. Lol and management paying way to much to acquire assets previously. Again these guys need to go back to school and get knowledge on how to increase shareholder wealth over the long term. They are experts in the exact opposite. Sorry guys just my views. If it goes up form here it will be for no reason. This is a dog and a destroyer of shareholder wealth. If u believe in the tooth fairy then then this will turn around very soon.
