re: my guess I've already done my estimates - but they don't matter a cracker so long as this mob keeps a lid on their share price by saying that they are looking at acquisitions with just $4 million in the bank - and no additional information. Therefore the market thinks - "can't buy much with peanuts so no need to buy - might just wait for a capital raising and get in or top up cheaper".
If deliberate to depress the share price and let large holders into the registry at low prices then great in the long term - but if not the case then not very smart PR the past 6 - 9 months by TOX - imo.
