No one has put Howard's feet to the blowtorch here...it was all based on lies with that jerk Powell and his fake weapons off mass destruction presentation at the UN.
All he can say is that he is embarrassed.....thousands killed...millions of refugees....no infrastructure rebuilt except for the US Embassy that also happens to be the world's largest....and oh!....did I mention that the Oil Ministry was spared any damage.
