Most shootings of 'innocents' are by those that are 'unhinged', not criminals.
Criminals seem to be shooting mostly other criminals of late.
And then you have the 'God bothers', like Monis.
Ban all Organised Religions, which have killed more innocents than ALL the firearms, ever.
