In Greece most families have a machine gun in the house (due to military training) and what do you know they never have massacres etc... it's only the minority that cause problems with guns... legal or not.
The guns aren't the issue, it's the dismemberment of the family unit. Once you allow single mums to run rampant, lesbian and poofs to have families, kids living on the street at 14, drugs more common than chewing gum well what do you expect??? Of couse society will break down and taking guns of liscenced owners is actually making the problem worse.
By the time the government realise their mistakes (20-30 years) it will be too late. Australia will be unliveable... back to Europe for me.
