given that anonymity allows people to feel safer to express their darker thoughts, its may be an avenue to identify a potential for violence against people or the state along with affiliations with extremist groups and posting extremist opinions.
makes sense to me.
we have no privacy in the internet enabled world. if police aren't checking our thoughts they should be.... Facebook and Google do this and worse.
