Another prime example is the murder of JFK. a President murdered in broad daylight in the full glare of TV and a public parade didn't stop elements of the US government from murdering, then covering up Kennedy's death. And in the full face of evidence from experienced trauma surgeons at the Dallas hospital Kennedy's body was then stolen by the FBI, his head injuries reconstructed, and an 'autopsy' conducted by two clowns from the Army who had never even treated a single gunshot victim in their surgically miserable lives.

so arming the population means nothing.

a characterisation of the US is as follows:
. a war mongering country which has killed many millions of innocent people since the end of WWII in the name of peace making.
. a country in which so-called 'free speech' is curtailed by thousands of gag orders issued every year to prevent people speaking.
. a country with among the most corrupt political system on earth.
. a country run by a wealthy elite of individuals and corporations who are only concerned with their own welfare.
. a country which has over 50,000 law enforcement agencies.
. a country which incarcerates its citizens more than any other western country by far.
. a country with a health system only for the privileged.
. a country with an education system falling apart.
etc. etc...

America is bankrupt at many levels... the land of the free? do me a favour....
