They need to fill the board vacancy left by Dr Roger Aston ( not aware of any replacement yet) with a good mover and shaker. Look what the change to Niagra (NIA) board did for its sp. Management performance since release of Pfizer deal has been non-existent.
They are overseeing a situation that is/has resulted in many shareholders losing confidence and whose who have been shaken out of the tree have probably lost a lot of money seeing that the sp is at/near 52 week low.
