Well, they did get the Pfizer deal and the market responded by knocking the stock down to 18 cents (so far) from the high 20s. What do you expect them to do?

As for the director, I wondered if Pfizer would want to appoint someone. They probably don't have enough stock to insist on a board seat, but it might look good to the market if they have one. (I don't know if big pharmas normally request board seats on small companies they invest in.)
