So I would say no. I don't even think the two big insto's with about 8% ea. would have much say. They're passive for the most part.
Anyway, as far as I'm concerned financing is being handled optimally.
Sure, like waiting like everyone else, I don't but I understand and have tried on several occasion to explain what it takes.

I'll say in this case . RXM knew what was required for finance, bulked up their board and expertise and pitched it correctly. With the benefit (?) of having fallen foul of the markets before.

It's likely and that's without asking the Economist Intelligence Unit.
(It would be interesting to see their forward predictions. Normally they just copy the world bank etc. and those whims are backward looking).
