Not on the inside - not even close but your comments suggest you know more than the public (and therefore NIU's members) - any information shared with one member MUST be shared with all members concurrently - none of what you imply or infer here is information within the public domain or ASX Announcements.

You will recall NIU has a debt or equity conversion due very soon in respect to its acquisition of the balance of its former JV partner, is that what the $150k relates or is there another significant dilution looming?

If a JV is formed it would be very interesting to see how NIU would keep pace with the financial obligations associated with such a JV, if it doesn't keep pace it will get diluted - will that be another asset loss with no return to members, let's recall the TNT debacle - didn't even recover the debt, and members were not provided spin off shares - shameful
