AMX has halved in value since I sold out at 55 cents.
It looks very cheap.
The problem is that they have no reserve and an unknown amount is needed to prove one up for a viable PFS/BFS. If the price stays low then there could be heavy dilution to get to that stage, and even more dilution to get to production.
So one needs to do a bit of Game Theory - do you buy now in hope and possibly sell on a run up in goldies or just wait it out.
The positives are that economic conditions in China seem to be improving and Bernanke may announce QE4 shortly (possibly this week). A negative is the continued selldown in US shares due to fiscal cliff uncertainties and end of year tax loss selling. In addition share prices die off from mid Dec to mid January - so really there is no hurry to buy anything. Just let others take the risks?
