current cash $1.862m (last qrtly report)

outflows current qtr $1.2mm (3rd qtr)

leaves approx $600k

already have one billion shares issued not including options approx 257mm shares

options expire 31/12/05 @.05cents, at present aren't in the money.

too much dilution on this share for any value expect daytrading on any opporuntities..

correct me if i'm wrong on the above..
