Brings back memories.

I too have often had a smiling face after a night out at Peppers.

Hopefully theirs are from good news not over consumption as mine usually were!

Wining and dining GeorgeTown Council can only be to give them updates on progress and get feedback re current local community attitudes.

Not being in GeorgeTown personally I can only presume mood up there would be pretty upbeat nowadays wouldn't it?

I think I have said b4 that I would love some land or rentals up there! I passed up a block of 8 freehold solid brick units which I could have had for $400k total price about 2 years ago. Kicking myself big time now.

Such is life but I am sure the Council will be way in front too from this.
