No hints , but one local hotel has just hired anothr three staff for cleaning the rooms , apparent 100% bookings for next 3 yrs confirmed .. another going thru 1.2 mill refurbishment and looking to construct 20 additional units for lease .. but until the bricks are layed and announcements are made ..read nothing into it ; )
