Sounds kosher to me.

I, along with every other motel/hotel, accom. house in Launceston had been approached to provide min. 50% of total room inventory for 3 years continuous. That is a huge amount of beds guaranteed by GNS for a long period. Wanted more but needed to be seen to be responsible corporate citizens when it came to us still having availability to accommodate tourism.

I know an Estate Agent in GeorgeTown very well and he reckons it is Christmas!!
