A lot of work was being undertaken while I was living there on large scale roadworks for projected traffic requirements [being undertaken by GNS], site infrastructure [I believe a workers "village" was being constructed on site], pipeline works being done, land purchases for pipeline access, motel in Launceston purchased and being refurbished for interstate executive accommodation, so over a long period work [but not necessarily all directly on the Mill itself] has been slowly unfolding behind the scenes which, when put together could very likely constitute significant progress.
