Gunns have released some details of their offer, and for me it beats Pulpwood Plantations.
Pulpwood want 14% of my 2000 project + the 5.5% that goes to GTP, so 19.5% in total.
Gunns want 15% and that includes the 5.5%.
I believe both offers don't include GST.
Also, I tried to online proxy vote at the PPPL website and it says PPPL aren't available for online voting. Anyone else have better luck? I want to vote PPPL down!
We need to reiterate: If more than one offer is presented for a vote by the receivers then the vote will FAIL due to the large %'s required for anything to pass. We need to support efforts to have just one proposal presented for a vote.
I believe we should have either a 2 tier vote, to choose the preferred offer and then vote on it, or have a preference system so unsuccessful first preferences can still vote for a more successful one. To ask the receiver to just choose one is just asking for behind the scenes payments to be going on. We've already seen enough of that with GTP.
