gunns offer underway

A few weeks ago I wrote to Gunns and said they better tell investors that they have an offer coming or Pulpwood will get it over with before they can tell anyone.

Dunno if it was me but a letter arrived yesterday from Gunns saying their offer was close and would be before Pulpwood's meeting.

They also said their offer would beat Pulpwood.

So don't vote, don't make decisions. You will have other options which might just be better.
