I would encourage anyone who has already voted on Pulpwood's proxy form to contact them and withdraw your vote, at least until you have details of any other offers that are forthcoming.
I know there are some that want investors to take over the projects themselves, buy the land etc. I invested for myself and for me the preferred option is a new RE takes over, without the exhorbitant fees being asked by Pulpwood and their ex Great Southern friends. The guys who engineering this disaster now say they can make it work... with more of your money? Get real.
If Gunns come in with a smaller fee then by all means. If another offer comes along I'll consider it. My project is up for harvest starting in 12-24 months. I want to get out of this industry with as good a return as possible. I don't want the land or any continuing involvement.
