Not sure but maybe you should all find out because comments on this forum seem to suggest that some have agendas and dont mind if it all goes belly up.
Also dont assume that those current votes are all the votes going to be presented I would assume a number of advisor's would be collecting proxies and may only submit later as well as big players still deciding. These votes can change over night.
