Guys I dont know enough. However as I understand it in these schemes you have to vote and cannot do anything independently of a majority vote. Then there is the landowner and the lease etc.

I just see that the receiver is saying that in their opinion all the GTP horticulture schemes are likely to be would up. That all proposals are underdeveloped.
