I guess with no other alternatives they may end up down the self funding route. I seem to recall something a while ago that suggested there were many( some , a few , one) interested financiers in helping them achieve their goal with Coburn.

I hope the deal goes ahead with major as it helps derisk it somewhat ,and so far David's track record for getting deal across the line is a little shaky hence I guess the nervousness in the SP.
