Hi Folks,

those gold upside participation notes (GUP's) which were paid out in FEB '11 may well have spelt the end of AXM earlier this year or at least caused the company to borrow money if they were still in place. The banks look to have made a bundle this year so far, but note they won't have made a cent from Apex.

Will be interesting to see WHEN the sp takes off.
