in the event that this proposal is voted down i see a second option on the horizon. a offer of $0.50 per share and a accumulation of 50.1% of share costing only $54.61 Million. yes a take over! it's going to get very interesting soon IMO. A no vote is looking a gift horse in the mouth. Why buy 50.1% @ potentially $100 Million when you can take control at a 300% current share price for half that cost?
