GFG need the iron ore that Havilah have, their other resources are higher quality but smaller quantites. They need the large supply to shandy down the higher quality. If this doesn't go through I would expect him back to try another option. A buy out of the resource at a reasonable price would be much fairer and may even return something to the shareholders. Cutting some of the highly paid underwhelming staff could be a step in the right direction.
