Wouldn't suprise me either. Nearology implies it's a very valuable permit. They are not going to give up after one well in a 1 in 10 game.
But why Kurnia 2, rather than some other prospect in the permit? They'd only do that if very encouraged by Kurnia 1, implying it was far from a waste of time?
Regardless at todays price it is free, as is Seruway and Tunisia.
